TERMS OF SALE

1. What we sell

Kiosk sells digital products: themes and templates delivered as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped. Products are described on their own page; screenshots are part of the description.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is processed by our merchant of record, which handles applicable VAT and issues the invoice. The order is complete once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment by download link sent to your email address. If you do not receive the link within one hour, contact hello@kioskthemes.com.

4. License

One purchase = one license for one Shopify store. You may modify the theme for your own store. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the theme files, modified or not. Fonts included are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU)

By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). If something is broken, we fix it — write to us.

6. Support and updates

Email support within 48 hours on business days. Bug-fix updates for the purchased version are provided at no extra cost.

7. Liability

Themes are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party apps, modified code, or Shopify platform changes. Our total liability is capped at the price paid.
