REFUND POLICY

The short version

Digital files can’t be returned once downloaded, so all sales are final — except when something is genuinely wrong. We’d rather fix your problem than keep an unhappy customer’s money.

You get a refund if

— The theme is broken and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.
— You were charged twice, or never received the files.
— The product materially differs from its description.

No refund for

— Change of mind after download.
— Issues caused by third-party apps or code modifications.
— Missing features that were never listed on the product page (ask before buying — hello@kioskthemes.com).

How to request

Email hello@kioskthemes.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We answer within 48 hours on business days.
